Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?

We dispatch orders with 1 business day. Orders within New Zealand will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. We'll send you delivery details in your confirmation email so you can track your order once it's dispatched.
What shipping carriers do you use?

What skin types are your products recommended for?

Our products are generally suitable for all skin types. Our products are made with high quality natural ingredients making them suitable for almost all skin types.
What is the shelf life of your products?

Our unopened skincare products have a 24 month shelf life. Generally it's recommended that you use open product within 6 months. Look for the date stamp on the bottom of the pack.
How long will my body scrub last once i open it?

An unopened pack of our body scrub will last up to 12 months. If you store the scrubs properly (seal the zip, and keep out of direct water stream) then the packs should last up to 6 months after being opened.
Can I return my product?
