We respect your right to privacy. At The Skin Kitchen we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we may collect includes your name, gender, email address, shipping address, and billing address. The Skin Kitchen does not store your credit card information. The Skin Kitchen will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission. Our websites do utilise 'cookies' to help recognise you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information solely to make our website easier for our customers to use.

TERMS

1. COMMUNICATIONS

When signing up with any of The Skin Kitchen's memberships, you consent to The Skin Kitchen using your personal information, such as email address, for direct marketing purposes. This includes sending you correspondence such as newsletters, product information, and promotions, by email, social media or post. You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications, and any variation to your communication preferences, at any time.

2. PRICE

The price with respect to any Goods is specified on the Website (‘Price’). The Price is exclusive of any delivery fee. The Skin Kitchen reserves the right to change or alter the Prices of Goods on the Website without notice to the Customer. Where there is a technical error, The Skin Kitchen reserves the right to amend this error and cancel any order impacting by this pricing error. In paying or attempting to pay for the Goods, the Customer agrees that the Customer has not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.

3. DELIVERY

Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by The Skin Kitchen is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. The Skin Kitchen will use its best endeavours to meet any estimate delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date. The Skin Kitchen reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.

4.  REVIEW PRIZE DRAW

Customers who purchase a product directly from The Skin Kitchen website and submit a product review through our website will automatically receive one entry into our quarterly Review Prize Draw.

Each eligible review counts as one entry, so if you have purchased and reviewed more than one product, each review will receive a separate entry. Reviews must relate to a product you have personally purchased from The Skin Kitchen website.

A winner will be randomly drawn at the end of each quarter and will receive a Skin Kitchen gift pack worth over NZ$100. Eligible entries that are not selected will remain in the draw for future quarterly prize draws.

The prize draw is open to customers aged 18 years or over in New Zealand and Australia. Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their original order and the gift pack will be sent to the delivery address associated with that order.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Skin Kitchen reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Review Prize Draw and these terms at any time. Any changes will apply from the date the updated terms are published on our website.
